Today's Theme is female companions of Doctor Who, from the BBC TV series or the three movies. You can find all of the Doctor's companions from the TV series listed here. (About 30 of them are Spacegirls!)

There have been two TV series of Doctor Who: The original series, from 1963 to 1987, and the new series from 2005 to the present.

There have also been three Doctor Who movies: Doctor Who and the Daleks (1965); Daleks Invasion Earth 2150 AD (1966); and The Doctor Who Movie (1996).

You can post pictures from any of the TV series or movies, so there should be plenty to choose from, and you can post more than one image with your post, so if you have a few favourites, post them all!

There was a very enthusiastic response to the announcement on Monday, so we are hoping for lots of great pictures. Cosplay, fan art, and covers from Dr Who novels are all welcome here as well. The only restriction is NO AI.

Please note that we want photos from the TV series or movies, not publicity shots of the actresses.

For today only, posts of anything other than the Wednesday Theme will be removed.
