Rockets never launch in bad weather, but needless to say, if you're going to transport civilians or soldiers from city to city on a Starship, or something of this nature, you want it to be able to launch and land reliably in even the harshest weather conditions. Such a hardy feature would eventually come in handy for interplanetary travel also. How feasible is this for the Starship as it currently is? What about variants of it? How about in a severe hurricane, so long as the Starship is not in danger of toppling? Or a mild thunderstorm?
