I watched the Starship orbital launch live, with commentary from Tim, the Everyday Astronaut. After Starship started tumbling end over end, he was asked if the fins at the top had anything to do with it, and he seemed to indicate that they might have, something to do with the placement of the thrust behind (or under in this case) the center of mass. He also said he didn't think the next Starship to launch would have fins.

I got the impression that SpaceX's production line is so efficient that they've already got the next Starship and Booster ready to go, or soon will. How soon can we expect another attempt, and has SpaceX now gotten all the FAA approval it needs to keep launching rockets, or does it need a separate approval for each launch?
