New SM Codex, do we use it for anything?

Hey Guys, curious if you think we'll need the new SM codex for Space Wolves? For the vanilla units wondering if we'll now pull the rules/points from the codes and Space Wolves rules/points from the Index. Or do we just use the Index for everything until the Space Wolves dedicated codex comes out?
Still gonna buy it either way for all the sexy art and fluff ;)
