Is The Ashes of Prospero a sequel?

I started the audio book and it seemed like it was picking up right after a battle on Fenris. I remembered hearing that Battle of the Fang was an attack on well the Fang. So I’m starting that one first. But it clearly takes place a 1000 years after the Heresy. And this about 9-10k years before Ashes.

So I feel like I’m missing a different book that goes over the fight. I think I remember hearing that one of Ragnar’s books is about an attack on Fenris. But I’m still waiting for the others to finally drop in Audible.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance my brothers!
