Found out about SB’s about a week or so ago and I like the idea: a sleek and discrete way of growing some of your own in the comfort of your own home.
Anyway, I live alone and am gone for most of the day during the week. But more importantly, the room I would be keeping the SB in is blacked out, or at least can be. There’s only one window (covered with a blackout curtain) and the two doors to it would be closed.
The black bucket would be better for keeping external light out, but the Mylar wrapping on the inside sounds like a pain.
The white bucket would allow for the forgoing of the mylar, but people mention concerns of light getting in.
So, if my room will be dark during the day (and of course at night), then would a white bucket work fine for me?
