Finally received my SV08 and was so excited to finally have something more capable than my CR-10v2 that it took me longer than I'll ever admit to to realize my upgraded HDMI screen and enclosure panels were nowhere to be seen with no mention of them anywhere on any documentation.

This is my first interaction with Sovol and while I'm excited for my printer Sovol as a company hasn't impressed me, at all. I don't know if they thought everyone that would buy an SV08 stalks them on social media, as I just heard about the printer randomly from an acquaintance and was only informed after they'd charged me that no, the thing I just bought wasn't for sale like it said it was but in fact it was on pre-order. When reaching out to their support left me even less impressed with curt answers and zero help. Has anyone else had an experience like this? Is this a new thing or has it always been that way?
