This is Petg on SV06 plus with the stock fan. But I did have to print a new shroud as mine broke during a failed print. My temp all looks good. Printed other parts with the exact same setting and the work fine, the rough and stingy side is on the back and right side of the print. The smooth side is the front and left.
My guess this is just a cooling issue. Where my printer is located I don’t see any drafts of anything blowing around it. This was printed overnight so doors where closed and nothing going on around it. I have another part the same diameter and I did not get the same stings but I do nothing the front is a shiny and the same side is a bit of a dull finish.
