2cm Y jump middle of print

So this just happened. I am printing this at 100% fill. And about 1/2 way through it looks like I got a weird step. This is supposed to be an oval that has a solid circle on top and I am not anywhere close to that transition.
Everything else has been printing fine. I am going to start again but any ideas? Slicer? Belt is not too loose or tight.
