~Pineapple Night~

This is a pineapple night, which means it is for the swingers!! We will have VIP & VIP available for upgrade. If you don't know what this means or includes, please visit our website for details

Our place will be set up with plenty of play space for the swingers in mind....lots of beds and pillows and places for voyeurs to watch and players to play, inside the house and dungeon areas! You can visit our website homepage for a list of available equipment and spaces for use, here - under Pineapple Night.

A limited supply of safe sex protection has been graciously donated in case you forgot yours or need extras! Trash bins will be available for use all throughout, so please be sure to use them! Help keep our place clean & tidy.

Extra sheets will be available, but it’s up to you to change them out as needed. There will be “soiled linen” baskets/bins around to collect the used ones for washing.

Hours of Operation (8p-2a)

WE CLOSE THE DOORS AT 2A, WHICH MEANS OUT BY 2A NOT FINISH WHAT YOU ARE DOING BY 2A. Lights will go on, and music will be turned off by 1:45a to notify you that you have 15 minutes to finish what you are doing, gather your things and be out by 2A.

Dress Code

vanilla to the door. once inside....themed clothing is highly suggested! we encourage you to wear sexy xmas themed attire...a few ideas would be: Elves, Santa's, Santa's helpers, Mrs Claus, lingerie, gift wrapping, ugly sweaters, etc

Food & Drinks

This is a BYOB venue and all glass will need to be left in the kitchen. Please indulge responsibly. We will provide cups, filtered & bottled water, ice and light snacks for enjoyment. Feel free to bring any of your own as you see fit.

NEW RENDEZVOUS UPGRADE PACKAGE ($20):

Includes access for you and 1 other, to our new Bar with Bartender. Still BYOB, we will provide select mixers (Sprite, Coke, Orange Juice & Cranberry Juice, Soda Water). If you prefer something different you can bring it and check it, and your alcohol, in with the bartender, who will pour your drinks upon request.

TOY DONATION MONTH & RAFFLE DRAWING

For every unwrapped toy you bring in, you will earn 1 raffle ticket for some fun prizes. You do not have to be present to win. The raffle winner will be drawn at the event itself, but raffle tickets will be available at the Vetting prior (Dec 11th 6p-8p) and at the event (Dec 14th, before 1030p)

Phone/Camera/Video Usage

You are allowed to bring your phone into the venue for personal use. DO NOT TAKE VIDEO OR PICTURES OF THOSE YOU DID NOT RECEIVED EXPLICIT CONSENT FROM TO DO SO. If you are found doing this, we will ask you to delete the photo(s)/video(s) and consider it a warning. If you do it again, will either take your phone away for the night and/or ask you to leave.

Cost

Tier #1 - if paid BEFORE 10p the night before the party

$30/single (limited single men based on # of total attendees - must pre pay) $60/couple (must be paid together and check-in together) $90/throuple (must be paid together and check-in together)

Tier #2 - if paid AFTER 10p the night before the party

$40/single (limited single men based on # of total attendees - must pre pay) $80/couple (must be paid together and check-in together) $120/throuple (must be paid together and check-in together)
