Iām on season 4 and Iām confused what Jennifer did that Kathryn was so icy to her at their sit down. I know she accepted a handkerchief from Thomas but that could not be all of it. I mean, this poor woman is sobbing about her newborn needing brain surgery at birth and Kathryn looks almost like a psychopath just watching her cry. Am I missing something??
