I have been thinking of trying to find a personal trainer to get some good workouts in. I currently go to LA Fitness five days a week and been doing that for awhile. I have a decent toned build, but feel like I should be more ripped with bigger arms and more defined abs. I don't get sore anymore after working out. I have stayed steady at 180lbs. I even started taking creatine this year and protein after my workout. Guess I am looking for a trainer or someone to work out with to get me to the next step. Anyone around or know someone that could help out?
