Beach with restroom for kids

Taking my child to the beach today? We live near lomita and are looking for a beach Where there are restrooms nearby. I'm looking for something also with nearby free parking. not Cabrillo or mothers beach, not something with very little wave or an inlet. Son is 2 and we bring toys and play near shore and build with sand. Any names of streets on where to park and where to goto set up near a restroom. All would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
