So after over a week my starter has been consistently sinking to the bottom of the cup when I do the float test. This morning the starter has a ton of bubbles I can see through the glass jar. I tried putting a drop of starter in a cup of water. The starter floated for about 15 seconds, then a bubble popped and it sank. I'm not sure if this means it's active or not. Any tips?
