Shorter Proofing time?

I would appreciate some advice. I mixed my dough with my starter. I’ve had good success with oven spring and crumb. I have done 3 stretch and folds over an hour and a half and would like to bake my bread 3 hours (or less if possible) from now. How can I expedite the process. I’m thinking of making baguettes for supper. Thanks in advance
