My first sourdough finally! After many failed attempts. What do we think?

Post Body

After about 3-4 failed attempts here is my first successful loaf. Here’s what I did:

Mixed my starter(about 150g) with water(200g) with 10g salt and about 500g of bread flour. I live in a humid climate so I had to play around with the flour and hydration so the water might be slightly off.

I mixed it by hand and let it sit for over an hour in a warm place. I then did some stretches and let it sit for an hour. Rinse and repeat about 3-4 times.

Let it sit in my bread basket for over an hour and finally shaped it and put it in the oven at 450°F for about 20 minutes. Then reduced heat and uncovered for another 45 minutes or so. This was the result.

What do we think?
