im still fairly new to sourdough and im doing good keeping my starter alive i was wondering if anyone as a foolproof recipie for soft sandwich bread
my house runs around 70 farenheight and my starter normally takes 8ish hours to double after being fed when left on top of my shelves
i have tried a few recipies ive found on the internet and they've all had a super thick hard crust and been slightly gummy/dense in the middle {i know probably not proofed long enough but even after sitting litteraly 26 hours at room temp my last loaf (only actualy edible one so far) hadnt done a lot as far as rising went} im looking for recipies that are esentially idiotproof for a bread that will start and stay fairly soft after baking
getting a new stand mixer thursday so not a problem if needed for recipie
