This is FANTASTIC tasting sourdough 😭 I’m so so proud of myself. For it being my first time ever doing this process I’d say I crushed it! Everyone is RAVING about it. 15 days creating a starter from scratch. Twice daily feeds for the first week then switched to just once per day. Started at 7am this morning and finally finished at 11pm. So much went into this that I’d be proud even if it tasted terrible 😂 Feel free to rate my crumb but please be gentle lolololol😂
