Got sick with the flu and wasn't able to tend to my starter. Now there are no bubbles and it is not rising. What to do?

I was out of commission for almost a week, and wasn't able to tend to my starter. Luckily, there was no mold, and I didn't notice any hooch, either, but it was very thin. However, now it is not bubbling and also not rising at all with a 1:1:1 ratio of starter, King Arthur Unbleached AP flour, and filtered tap water (about 98 degrees), every 24 hours in my ~69 degree home.

To be fair, I wasn't having the best of luck with it doubling when rising, even though it's been almost two months, but it was rising and bubbling about 50%. Can I revive it? If so, how should I proceed?

Any help will be extremely appreciated, as I am on the verge of giving up because it's been over 2 months with no luck at all and I'm feeling extremely discouraged. Thank you in advance!
