Thanksgiving loaves.

Made some loaves for friends for thanksgiving. Used linked recipe and added some lemon zest, chopped fresh thyme and Rosemary during stretch and folds. Smells like stuffing! Crumb pics coming Thursday. The rounder looking loaf i extended the covered bake time to 25 minutes. I’ll probably do this from now on! Otherwise they come out a bit flattened in spots like the other loaf.
