I've been getting decent results however up until this bake I always have a sticky interior to my loaves. I always have to toast the slices since I find it unpleasant otherwise. I was so pleased with these results. I have been trying to bake at higher temperatures but the 450F worked really well here. I used King Arthur all purpose and whole wheat flour. I sprayed the loaves with water in order to stick on the sesame seeds right before baking but I didn't add any additional steam/water.
Recipe/method: https://www.theperfectloaf.com/sunflower-and-sesame-sourdough-bread/*I subbed maple syrup for the honey and white sesame for the black sesame; I also mixed the levain the night before since it's cold in my house and also increased all the BF times.
