Just got this soundbar today and after a while trying to get the rear speakers and sub to work Im fairly impressed. I do have 2 questions though... 1. When trying to select a different sound mode it tells me its not available (Surround, gaming, etc). Is there a way to fix this? 2. When messing with individual speaker volume there is an option for "virtual" on or off. Perhaps I missed it somewhere but what does this feature do?

I currently have my Xbox One X connected to the soundbar HDMI 1, then from the soundbar out to my HDMI 1 on tv (a non arc connection)
