Hi all- I've just been thinking about a couple of things I've seen/heard in videos and how to recreate them. A store cupboard hacks video not too far back had a curry made from lamb, tinned tomato, and Bombay mix. Do we have any idea what kind of ratio one might want to start at when recreating this? I'm thinking 2x 400g tins of chopped tomato, one bag of 325g Bombay mix as the bag is quite big? I guess it's something I'll probably just have to play with as I make it, but I'm looking to try that this/next week.
My other thought- Barry mentioned in a more recent video the idea of bacon, ricotta, and chilli jam sandwiches. As a big chilli jam fan I've already made this once and it was excellent - but I spent far too long thinking about an order of layering..! How would you stack this sandwich if you made it?
