Looking for a good launcher

Coming from XZP, I badly miss the Sony Home launcher. I'm looking for a launcher which allows to scroll horizontally, add folders and allow custom sorting.
I don't like alphabetical sorting and vertical scrolling. Please advise a good launcher which can allow what I'm looking for!
