Okey, so my best friend bought XM5 last year and they were pretty amazing and since then I was saving to get my hands on this one. Eventually I got them for myself last month (August 2024)(in India) as a gift for myself because I was shifting to Ireland for my college. After coming here and having good time with them out of the sudden they stopped charging. I tried all the methods available like resetting the factory settings, trying new adapter, cleaning port, new charging cable, different outlets and stuff..nothing seem to be working.

As I said I shifted to Ireland now,I can even claim warranty as Sony doesn’t provide international warranty.

Last resort would be going back to India (whenever) and get it fixed.

Any idea what can I do?
