How to get hd / lossless

I use apple adapter to connect iphone 12 with my wh1000xm5 via cable

And i use amazon music unlimited for streaming platform

And when i hear it, nothing difference between cable and bluetooth, i though you will get lossless / hd quality if you using wired

Did i miss something?
