Help me pick a used Ultrawide for my A7III

Help! Which used ultrawide lens should I buy. My budget is ideally 600 (however,I can afford up to about 750). These are the 4 options I have: Sony ZA 16-35 f4 ($600) Sony G 20mm f1.8 ($750) Sigma Art 20mm f1.4 ($540) Tamron 17-28mm f2.8 ($625)

All are in great shape. I used the sony a73 and my other lenses include: tamron 28-75 f2.8 Sony 85 f1.8 Sony G 90mm f2.8 Macro Sony 70-200 f4. I am primarily a wedding photographer who also dabbles in landscape, street, and general portraits.

Please help me I need to buy today!
