Hello all,
Thinking of doing some photography and vlogging when traveling. I'm not a professional nor an enthusiast. I just want a small lightweight camera that takes better picture and video than my phone since my current phone (S9) is pretty slow. Oh I need it to be simple to use since I'd rather take pics than fiddling with the setting. I considered the X-T4 but for that price, I feel that's an overkill for what I'm looking for (it looks amazing tho).
I know a6600 is APS-C while a7iii is a FF but honestly can I tell the difference. I'm thinking of using it as a video camera as well for church once in a while or record some music jam session. Probably gonna use this camera once a month for random photo session when I'm hiking or just walking around the city.
Adorama currently has a good deal for a6600 kit that comes with the lens, accessories, softwares, etc (~$1500) while I find in CL that an a7iii Sony 28-70mm f3.5-5.6 lens for about the same price ($1400). So what do yall think?should I go for the a6600 or the a7iii?
Thinking of keeping this camera for 5-7 years in the future. If there is any other suggestions, I welcome that as well.
