Do you use anti-dust function or closed shutter on your Sony?

Just got an a7iv (yes it’s skinned. I put it on to protect it when I got it) but was just wondering if you all use the anti dust function? I’ve read that it can be flimsy and repair can be expensive if it’s damaged? I change my lenses a lot on a shoot sometimes and was just wondering if it helps with not getting dust or debris on the sensor.
