Hi, hoping to get advice on what storage options should I opt for when travelling with a motorcycle.. I've been stuffing my mirrorless camera in my backpack for the past 2 years on my travels.. sometimes there were breakages, I don't know how but the viewfinder lens just cracked one day (though I don't put pressure anywhere near it's location in the backpack), the camera is always stored in the default soft pouch it came with and stuffed with dehumidifiers (small packs from food stuff I bought before). There was once I got into an accident and dove onto the pavement backpack first, it bent the lens so I had it repaired at the service center. Lately the plastic ring on the front of the lens came off by itself (I think it's used for weather-proofing) though also I handled the camera well in my backpack, it was a costly repair. are athere any options which is more safe/effective when travelling..? I was thinking a belt bag but that would be even worse than at least the padding I have in my backpack. Thanks in advance.
