If I have a Sony A1 and a Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 and I want to supplement it with a longer telephoto for outdoor sports and some wildlife stuff. Which do you all think would pair with it better? The Tamron 50-400mm, the Sigma 100-400, or the Tamron 150-600mm? And why?
I am leaning towards the Sigma myself because I think it has a long enough reach for what I’d like, and will be a little faster aperture at most focal lengths compared the to Tamron 50-400, plus it’s considerably smaller and lighter than the Tamron 150-600.
Update: I’m not really interested in hearing about other options. I understand what the A1 can do. If it helps you get past that, act like you don’t know what camera I have. I understand what other options are out there that would be better. Please only respond if you have input on the question I actually asked. Thanks.
