Lens recommendation for Sony A7IV

About to pull the trigger on the Sony A7IV and I have analysis paralysis. If I could only buy 1-2 lenses to start, primarily for portrait and landscape/street photography, what would you recommend? Looking for best budget option lenses that still perform well without having to spend what they want for the GM lenses.
