The aperture dial (top right corner) of my a6100 is no longer working!!

This camera was purchased 2019 when the model first came out. It has worked flawlessly until now and has been very well taken care of. I’ve tried new batteries/different lenses and it seems to be a problem with the dial itself. What would be the best course of action moving forward? Send it to sony? Or a third party repair?
