I work in a DL Roger’s store and was curious if anyone has a copy of the employee handbook and policies about self expression. I had to change my hair and I’ve only done one part of the color correction but before I continue with the next step I want to be 100% sure and I don’t want to ask my manager I don’t want him to think I’m trying to cause drama I’m about to move up to associate manager. But I miss my pink hair I feel empty without it 😔 but the part that makes me mad is there are girls who have nails and when I worked here in high school we couldn’t have anything on our nails at all but they’re not being told to take them off or change them and girls wearing short bike shorts that are definitely too short to be policy but nope that’s not corrected either
