Pet bird found near Davis Square

Saw this green/yellow parakeet(?) on Day street right near the flatbread & bowling place.
I know this is a shot in the dark, but I couldn’t think of a better way to get it back to its owner. I tried picking it up a couple times but it flew away onto the power line.
