Parking Ticket Question

So I got some mail that apparently I was “obstructing streets 3 Benton RD” . I’m not sure what that means. Street Cleaning is done. The ticket was $50. I wish there was further explanation. I parked not blocking anyone’s driveway or anything. I just want to know what I did wrong so that I know for the future. Any help?
