So I am looking for a video I saw on youtube a few months back cut cant find it for the life of me, The video is:
a young homeless man in the heat looking like hes dying and he has a BROKEN and probably dying arm, He seems kinda out of it, not from drugs but probably infection. The police try and get him some help but he keeps refusing help and goes on his way with his TERRIBLE looking arm, I believe he was a LAW graduate thats in a bad place, I know he died a while after but cant find the fucking vid, maybe on policeactivity or?? thanks!!!
