Random thought: what could be an in-universe explanation for the Skycode?

Literally something I just ended up realising: but Sombra actually has Skycode both as a spray and as part of her emote. Like: the thing now exists as a named concept within the game.

Now obviously it's just there as a nod to that particularly awkward period of time in the ARG (They even included the Skysong for crying out loud) but in terms of actual canon: what could be a possible way to tie the Skycode into the actual story?

Again: something random that just crossed my mind, but I'm curious what you guys think~
