Have any of you gone to therapy with your parents ?

I did a few sessions with my parents when I was 16 if my memory serves me correctly and it was shambolic. I think that’s partly because there was a language barrier. Looking to do some sessions with a Somali speaking therapist with my mother in the near future. I don’t know any Somalis who have done this so I am curious. If anyone is interested in a Somali speaking therapist in London, send me a dm and I can share her details. ❤️
