I got diagnosed with ADHD in December at the age of 30. It has changed my life tbh. I now understand why I am the way I am; for example, why I have struggled to make friends all my life and why I am always late . I am also a lot kinder to myself. I was having performance issues at work and this led me to seek an assessment. How did your family take it? How did the diagnosis change your life? Do you believe it? I am going to start stimulants at the end of the month hopefully.
