Missing fonts?

After restarting today, I seem to be missing my old fonts. I've rebuilt the cache a number of times doing
sudo fc-cache -fv
and then a
fc-cache -fv
But I'm still not seeing any options outside of monospaced fonts. No Noto Sans or any of the defaults. Anyone know what's going on?
