How important do you consider NRE?

I (40f) recently started dating an awesome person (40f)! I really like her! But I don’t feel a lot of nre or butterflies. How important is that?

I dont feel NRE. I think its often a destabilizing and negative force.

I feel happy, but it doesn't impair my judgment or intrude on my thoughts.

I do get a bit more dreamy and butterfly feeling of it turns into serious romance. But that takes time....maybe a year for me of it happens.
