I like it, it has a really good vibe. My immediate thoughts:

I love the colours and the look of the game
The overall vibe is fun and simple, which I like
The character doesn’t seem to be able to pick up coins when they’re recovering from damage, is this right? Seems an annoying feature.
The bats are too small
When are you planning on finishing it? How many levels will it have? What platforms will it be available on?
Needs music and sound
Most indie developers never actually finish their games. If you finish it, you’ll be doing better than 99% of others.
