Need help with a discharge controller

Hey everyone, I'm doing a really small project, and I'm using old repurposed 18650 batteries from a vape. I have four of them, and there are a few lights I plan to power with them (very efficient, and only accent lights). But, I need a charge/discharge controller, since I'm hooking them to a small (legit like 15 w) solar panel. I'm just worried about overcharge/overdischarge.
