Battlebrand/Killion bug?

So I'm playing a game and on 2.1 I played a level 1 Oratek Battlebrand (with Allied trigger), and used it to discard and level a level 1 Scorchmane Dragon. I then played a level 2 Killion, the box showing my discard pile popped up, and it showed the 3 cards in my discard (level 3 Killion, level 2 Battlebrand, level 2 Scorchmane Dragon), but it would only let me select the Battlebrand to level, not the Dragon, even though they were both level 2.
Is this a known bug?
