Pitcher from another little league Rec team. Pitching for a different team.
Post Body

I have a question. In little league Rec. we have 2 Rec teams. Can a coach call a pitcher from the other Rec team to come into their game and pitch? The coach on let’s call it team A had called my girlfriend and asked if her daughter can come and pitch for his team. She did (this was about a week ago) he then called again today and asked. We went to the field and there was a protest. My girlfriends daughter is on Rec little league but team B. When we arrived she was wearing the uniform of team A.

There was some kind of protest and then the coach from team A came over and said the opposing team had protested and the umpire said my girlfriends daughter could not pitch anymore for team A. I couldn’t find anything about this rule. Apparently she could play just not come in as a pitcher. Any help would be appreciated and I hope I made sense. If any further questions are needed to help answer the question just let me know and I’ll do my best to clarify. Thanks!
