I’m a male in my 40s. I’d like to join an adult softball league but it’s been years since I played baseball and only played for a short period. I’m in good shape and fairly athletic but I feel like jumping in would be embarrassing. Any ideas? Would private coaching be something worth pursuing ? I’m in the Houston area.
