New Fizzi owner. Question about consistency...
Post Body

Hey everyone. I recently purchased a new Fizzi model as my first Sodastream. I'm only making sparkling water and/or club soda with it. My question is, how do you get consistent carbonation? I seems like I will get great carbonation with one bottle then the next three are meh. To be clear I like very fizzy water. Here is a basic run down of my process.

  1. Fill bottle with cold filtered water from my tap

  2. Refrigerate for 12-24 hrs

  3. Add CO2 in 5 2 second pulses.

  4. Gently turn bottle end over end once to distribute CO2

  5. Back in fridge for at least 1 hr

Am I doing something wrong? Any advice on something you would change? The Fizzi doesn't buzz like the old models from what I can tell. I do hear gas leaking from around the bottle when I carbonate but I assume this is just a safety feature to keep the bottle from rupturing? Please give me any advice or tips that you think might help.
