Should I feel bad about handing in assessments late but still by the deadline ?
Post Body

I’m an assessment children’s social worker. I’ve been going through some stuff in my personal life which is affecting my productivity . It’s mostly my mental health tbh. Management is aware and I’m receiving professional help. We have 45 working days to complete assessments but management wants them in by day 35. For the last lot of assessments , I handed two in on day 45 and one on 43. The lot before that, I think I handed them in on day 20, 40, 42, 44 and 45.

I’m genuinely trying my best but it’s got to the point where I don’t feel like apologising because an apology is worthless if you just keep repeating the action you are apologising for surely ? I have apologised btw.

Thoughts ?
