Honour based violence roles: does anyone know of any that aren’t in the charity sector ?
Post Body

Or even general VAWG roles that aren’t in the charity sector ? This is one of the areas of social work I’m really passionate about along with culture clash i.e. immigrant parents who expect their children who were born and brought up in the UK to be like children who were born and brought up in their countries of origin completing disregarding their British identity and the influence of the environment.

I’m thinking because this is something that affects a small number of people , there aren’t ever going to be roles in children’s services where I currently work?

I’ve worked in the charity sector and the pay is not high enough nor is the job stability as good as it is in statutory social work.
